Pardee Homes' Lee 'Rocky' Cochran Leads SNHBA
Longtime, respected homebuilder Lee 'Rocky' Cochran serves this year as president of the association. He is the vice president of construction operations for Pardee Homes, which he joined more than 20 years ago as a superintendent on the then-new Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas.
